TRAI Regulation on Soft phone at different geo location

Agents in Bangalore are using soft phone which is registered to US CM. When i call US mobile from this softphone by sitting at Bangalore, it is a local call. Is this allowed?

This has to do with laws and regulations and your answer would probably be best suited coming from the TRAI iteself.

I would think it would be ok since its a US based system but then again since its installed on an India based machine it would apply as a toll bypass.
