OK, let me explain exactly what I am looking to do.
Our receptionist receives a call from an external number and places the call on hold, she tannoy ‘s the person requested by the external caller, when the tannoyed person calls reception on whatever extension they have used she want to press a button that transfers the call without telling the internal user to hang up first and then transferring the call.
Our old Meridian system used to do this, it must be possible on the newer Cisco system is it not?
