Trouble calling from CUPC 8.5 to Cisco Video IP Phone E20

Hello All,

We are trying to make a video call from CUPC version 8.5 to Tandberg E20 and the video call is not possible, we only have an audio call without video.

¿Can you tell us if the problem is probably compatibility? ¿Someone did before this test?

I had the same issue.  My e20 was in a different subnet than my presence server.  I added a static route in presence: destination pattern was the e20 subnet.  Next hop was the call manager address (sip proxy).
