hi, looking for info on LDAP --> AD
I have integrated LDAP to W2K3 AD for the users.
question 1. how does one bat process the telephone number in AD, so it can push it to Callmanager. If your answer is csvde, please provide an example.
question 2.
how does one change their password (not pin), in this scenario, the users desktop logs into the corporate AD, but the LDAP integration is to the ADon Unity server (VM only). This is a security conscious customer and wants to enforce the enduser to change passwords on a regular basis. ccmuser allows changing of the pin, but not password. The user isn't logging into this domain, so ???
any information is appreciated.

update:
wasable to update user telephone number using
Ldifde, export out, modify, then import back in with modify parameter.
If there is a better way to manipulate this data, please let me know.
Also, still haven't found a good way to let the users change thier passwords on the Unity server (AD). Not the Pin but change the Windows password. ciscopca / ccmuser only allow PIN change.
Is there a tool to allow the user to change the windows password ???

Hi Darren,
if you have an exchange server in your unity AD you can use Outlook Web Access. you can allow users in OWA to can change their domain password.
