I'm using CP7821-K9 VoIP phone.
I have added 138 entries on Personal address Book in Personal Directory.
When I tried to search by last name, first name or Nickname, LCD shows
below.
I did following instruction step-1 through step-5 described on your web site.
Then I cannot search entry by criteria.
No entry for criteria, then submit, the search shows all of entry on directory.
But I cannot search entry by criteria.
If you have same kind of issue, would you please provide advise.

Procedure
Step 1 Press Contacts .
Step 2 Sign in to Personal Directory.
Step 3 Select Personal Address Book.
Step 4 Select one or all of the following:
. Last Name
. First Name
. Nickname
Step 5 Enter the search criteria information and press Submit.
