Hi, I've seen posts similar to mine that were solved changing the name under ephone-template #; but my CME was configured using ephone templates and registering the phones under pools #.
I've changed the name under the equivalent "voice register dn #", but even after rebooting the phone (7821), it still shows the late name.
The description under this phone's pool #id is the same as the name I am trying to change, it's short and without spaces, but I'm pretty sure I can name phones with spaces and more than 12 characters.
Any clues? Hints?
