Understanding Remote Destination w/Access list control

We are a CUCM 11.5(2) configuration and we recently discovered Access list control via Remote Destination profiles.  We're trying to understand how they work, because we keep getting calls that we think shouldn't be passed via RDP.

I'm having trouble finding documentation on how to understand how the Access list really works in relation to RDP.  We feel we have it set up correctly, however we're still getting calls coming through to the RDP destination cell number that we thought would be blocked.  I'm not signed into Jabber on my cell phone.

I understand that we do have the occasional spoofed number that comes through for our prefixes, but for those that aren't I would think they wouldn't be allowed in because their not on my allowed list.

I've attached a screen image of my Access list profile.

Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.

I think I figured out my issue. However on another note is it possible to associate an Access list, like the one associated to RDP, with a DN or device when that DN or device does not have an RDP profile?
