Unity 8.0, Error: The Template Persistent Cache initialization failed for Application Pool 'DefaultAppPool'

Hi all,

I have a Unity Server 8.0 Build 8.0 (3.3) with Windows Server 2003 SP2, Event Viewer has given me the following error:

Event Type:      Error  

Event Source:   Active Server Pages  

Event Category:           None  

Event ID:         5  

Date:                8/2/2011  

Time:               10:01:01  

User:                N/A  

Computer:        SVR-UNY-02  

Description:  

Error: The Template Persistent Cache initialization failed for Application   

Pool 'DefaultAppPool' because of the following error: Could not create a Disk   

Cache Sub-directory for the Application Pool. The data may have additional

couple of our customers did same solution and it worked for them (not unity 8). There is also a MS link for it as well so it shoud be ok:
