I have a requirement with Unity Connection 8.6 for a simple call handler to play a message then transfer the call to a phone number not associated with Unity. It also must not require user input. The only way I can get it to work is with with 2 call handlers.
Call Handler #1
Plays personal greeting (message)
Ignore caller input
After greeting action of transfering it Call Handler #2
Call Handler #2
No greeting
A transfer rule to transfer to extension (destination number)
Is there a more elegant way to do it, that does not require 2 call handlers?
