unity connection 9.1 and cobra import login error

Dear All

I have Unity connection 9.1 , i want to import Data by cobra tool , but after put the username and password in unity connection login give me error as showing in the files , i did restart for database proxy service , i follow the steps , but still i have faced the same error , my laptop in 64 bits (cobra tool is installed on it)

Note 1: i got the Backup from unity version 4.0(5) by Cobra tool , i want to download it to unity connection version 9.1 (separate server) , it is upgrade steps

Note 2: i used cobra tool on my laptop " cobra import for unity connection 7.x and later " .

How to solve this ?

I tried to download on my laptop but give me " connecting " then nothing , i used Firefox and Internet explorer and both the same problem then i cant use IBM link becasue i dont have IBM ID , what you think what is the problem exactly ? my laptop is win 7 64 bits

I am able to download it from the link. Please try another laptop and see if you are able to download it. Or see if your company firewall not blocking the downloads.

My windows is window 7 and 64 bit(my laptop is HP) , which one i will take 1 or 2  ??
