Unity Connection can't take massage

I'm install an unity connection,now everything is OK,i can dai AA then transfer to my extension if no answer transfer to my voicemail and take massage,but then i login my voicemail,the voicemail system tell me no new massage.....

But if another one  login his voicemail and dial 2 for transmit a massage give me ,i can receive the massage,and the WMI is turn on.

Who can tell me why happen this situation...

If you leave a message and then press # for more options, select send, does it confirm you have sent the message or do you get an error?

Also look at the app log when that happens.

BTW, it's mEssage. Massage is what you get on a table with oils and stuff when you're stressed LOL.
