If the Unity Connection server malfunctions (as we experienced once already) our main Numbers with the auto attendant do not work, nor does voice mail of course because its on the same server.
Is it possible to set up a rule of some kind that if the auto attendant is down numbers should redirect somewhere else? Even if its an extension that rings with no auto attendant?
Where would I even begin to look for something like that?

Forgive me this is a new system and I am on a huge learning curve.
I know that I have 4 sites and of those 4, 3 have a device protocol of SCCP and 1 has SIP in CUCM.
