Upgrading from CUCM 7.1.3.32900-4
to CUCM 7.1.5.32900-2
two hours into the process, I received this message in status window
The application has lost communication with the system. Check the status using CLI.
When I entered command
utils system upgrade status......it shows ....installing
however there has been no activity on the install upgrade screen for 40 minutes
Any thoughts on what to do next?
