URL Access to phones and VM

hello,

in CUCM/CUC 11.x is there now a single URL  that will allow for access to the Visual VM as well as phone options like speed dials etc. or is it still 2 separate URLs?

Those are still separate, self care portal for CUCM and PCA for CUC.
