vg202 After Call disconnected an announcement is carry

Hi all,

I have a doorstation connected to a vg202 FXS Port. If a user push the Button at doorstation the right phone is ringing. If the called user Open the Door by election and go on hook at the doorstation a whistling Sound is Hearing following of an announcement.

My understanding in this Case is that the call is disconnected and after that the xonnection will rebuild and the announcement ist Hearing.

Have anyone an idea.

Hi,

The 1st thing I would doe here is to isolated the door unit and simply replace it with a test phone.

If the test phone can call and clear down then the issue is wiith your door unit.
