Voice mail in CUC 9.1 plays menu too fast

HI All,

 

I've set up a Cisco Unity Connection 9.1 and configured the voice mail.

 

When I call the voice mail from the phone, the menu plays super fast!!! 

 

That shouldn't play taht fast. How to tune it pls?

Users can change playback speed while calling the VM (when VM is beeing played)

press 4 to slow down

press 6 to speed up

 

Does this fix the issue?

In CUC 10 the menu isn't played faster but messages are.
