We have recently upgraded our Call Manager to 4.2.3 VPT cannot bulk common profiles. Does anyone know if there is an update being released for this soon?
What is the updated VPT product

The link to the product you sent, is taht an upgrade to this product, or a completely different suite?

Honestly, I have not tried it yet. I would imagine you can upgrade to it, but not sure. If you have SmartNet on your VPT, I would submit a question to TAC about the upgrade procedure for VPT to the Unified version. They added a bunch of new features. Here is the link to the release.
