Voicemail notifications issues

Hii,

I have a Unity 8.6 and I active  the voicemal for 10 user but I have some problems with notifications on the devices. The Phones are 6945 and 7841.

The problem is when I have a voice mail on the phone I don't have any message indicators ( light/missed call etc)

Did you also defined MWI numbers on CUC port group configuration?

Hi.

basically you don't need 1 port for each VM user because each port is a channel to CUC... 

Of course, if 20 calls arrive concurrently to those 20 phones and all are forwarded to the VM, you would need 20 VM ports.

In your port group config you defined 5998 as MWI off extension while on cucm you defined 5998 as MWI on...

Please correct it and all should work

Work fain on 6945, on the 7841 after listening the message still I have a 1 ( like a missed call).

Any ideas why?
