Voip monitoring

Dear all

I have cisco VG with E1 pri lines.

i want to monitor everything about my calls.

I used cdr on my router using cisco acs but this gives me just on .csv files.

I need something that reports graphically.

do you know any software or solution?

If you use MGCP with CUCM, Real Time Monitoring Tool will be able to give you a lot of these statistics.

Otherwise - you can configure AAA voip accounting, and have a 3rd party system do all of the analysis. I think Stonewall (?) is one program that does this.

right now I am using Cisco ACS but the information are not suitable..its in .csv format.
