Minor issue with our VTC caller ID. Check this out:
When any Video conferencing unit dials a VoIP as an audio participant in a conference, the VTC phone number shows as the called VoIP phone's own number. The text Caller ID description does show correctly, it's just the originating phone number that is not correct.
Example:
Red Conference room DX-80 (X11-0110) calls VoIP 900-0046. The Caller ID at Y00-0046 shows- "Red Conference Room X00-0046" instead of "Y11-0110."
I feel like there is a setting in the VoIP trunk that I'm missing somewhere, or in the dial pattern translation. What say you all?
