I'm facing a problem with conference now function. According to the configuration guide，only when At least one conference participant is using the Cisco IP Phone or IPVMS is the allocated software conference bridge， user will hear the conference party entry and exit tone .When the host and and attendees call from PSTN to Conference Now, I should make sure that IPVMS is the allocated software conference bridge so that the user will hear entry and exit tone. However, the guide doesn't explain which CFB will be used if there are many CFBs in CUCM Cluster. And the user configuration page in CUCM doesn't contain MRGL item as it in device configuration page.
So anyone knows which CFB will Conference Now use in CUCM?
