Where can I download wip310 new  5.0.13 firmware? is not ready right now for downloading.

its not yet ready, but i have the release notes, wifi fixed??!?!

The new firmware 5.0.13 for the WIP310 I cannot install, because always following message is shown:

DEVICE CANNOT BE INITIALIZED (you may rmove and plug in USB again)

I am working with Windows 7 and my Laptop always shows:

The USB is not possible to identify.

I have exchanged my WIP310 inside guarantee, but the new one received today, has the same technical problem to upgrade.

It works, configuration is easy.

What can I do?

hello. i'm from poland.  i'm buying WIP310 1 year ago. this is very "crappy" telephone. i decited to update firmware from 5.0.11 to 5.0.13. my hardware revison is R03. i tried every method by:

TFTP

or WINDOWS 7  or WINDOWS XP application "exe" update.

telephone by  tftp diplay on LCD  "firmware upgrade finish", but on telephone  is still 5.0.11.

when i tried upgrade method 3 (windows application), application say that the upgrade is successfly but telefone firmware is still 5.0.11

is telephone crash ?

please help me.

PS. i resolving my problem indywidually. ony update by http server working properly. now i have version 5.0.13.
