Importance of 'IPv6 HTTP Support' in BIOS

Hi Team,

 

What is the relevance of BIOS -> Advanced -> Network Stack Configuration -> IPv6 HTTP Support in UCS C220 M5 machines? Can we make use of this option for OS installation purposes?

Hi @ansa ,

 

Yes, this option allows the BIOS to load OS images using http over IPv6.
