NAT46 at ISP scale got deprecated by the IETF due to the inability to handle DNS mappings reliably, in additional to all of the usual NAT problems. The normal tactic is to run dual-stack with IPv4, often using NAT44, and native global scope IPv6 (prefix 2::/3, no NAT). Are you trying to do NAT46 on a router or a switch or a firewall?
