In addition to IPv6 Forum Gold Certified Engineer, you can look at Hurricane Electric:

If you're using their Tunnel Broker service for IPv6 Internet access, the "certification" process offers a few challenges to get IPv6 running from a server perspective (email, DNS, web) and you get a T-shirt.  Maybe not "industry accepted", but the only online cert I've found that actually requries you to complete some tests and gain points towards a badge / PDF cert - and T-Shirt!
