Hi Team,

We are maintaining a small size Data Center for hosting and shared services for multiple customers. Currently we are running on IPv4 , we want to migrate into IPv6. Please let us know the best option and best technology to use for our infrastructure. Our infrastructure is little complex. Please help me in a smoother way how to proceed further to acheive to IPv6.

Start by deploying dual stack IPv4/IPv6 across your network. See the following guide for details:

Dual stack has the following benefits:

  • Native dual stack does not require any tunneling mechanisms on internal networks

  • Both IPv4 and IPv6 run independent of each other

  • Dual stack supports gradual migration of endpoints, networks, and applications
