Is it possible to make a windows PC an IPv6 mobile node?

Hi, I'm wondering if any one used a windows PC (XP, seven or other) as IPv6 mobile node, if anyone knows a name of any tool, please give it to me.

I'm not sure what you mean by "node" but yes, you can use netsh commands to make Windows do RA and routing.
