Hello,
you cannot use /48 addresses with the address spaces provided, since they are overlapping.
In the example attached, I used /64 addresses. I am not sure if the 3650 (the 3560 does not suppport IPv6, so I had to use the 3650) supports the IPv6 DHCP functionality, I could not get it to work, so I assigned static IPv6 addresses to all clients.
You need Packet Tracer version 8 in order to open the file.

BY the way, using a /48 on a given subnet goes against the best practices, which is to use a /64.
