I am about to deploy an MRA solution within the company I am working with. However, I have 3 groups that should be deployed and should be isolated completely, which is done through the partitions and CSS, but how about the chatting and file sharing, does it also become isolated?

I presume you’re referencing IM&P. It’s possible with a 3rd-party compliance server but not provided natively - and MRA has nothing to do with ethical wall enforcement. I have implemented Verba before, since acquired by Verint, and thought it was a great product. I’m not sure what their buying model is since Verint picked them up though.

The other approach is to use native Webex messaging - which I'd recommend as the path forward. The Webex app supports UCM Calling including MRA. Through the Pro Pack add-on you can block communication amongst internal users. Alternatively, you can use a supported compliance solution / CASB to enforce policy using the Compliance Officer APIs.
