I have reached out to SHOKZ twice about this with zero reply. Hoping someone here can assist?
Purchased Shokz Comm2 UC to use with Cisco Finesse/Jabber. I work remotely in a call center and would love to be able to use Shokz to answer the phone, adjust volume, etc. I have the loop 110 adapter thingy. Our call center uses the web version of Cisco Finesse. We are using Jabber version 14.0.0.55914, build 309514. I am using Windows 10, version 22H2.
In my windows bluetooth settings I am connected to Shokz Loop speakers (Shokz Loop 110).
In Jabber, I have the Shokz loop 110 set as the speaker and microphone.
The light on the Loop 110 dongle is solid green or solid blue
I can hear the phone ring through the headset, but am unable to answer the phone with the button on the headset. In addition, I am unable to adjust the volume with the headset.
The headset works FLAWLESSLY for MS Teams calls. Able to mute, adjust volume, etc using buttons on the headset.
If anyone knows how to make this work with Cisco Finesse/Jabber, please let me know.
