I work at a BASF facility and we have switched from Jabber to Webex chat. I am having a major issue with the Proxy Credential sign in. It will not take my login and then it continues to pop up on the screen and I am unable to do anything in the webex chat. I have to "task manage" it and close it out to get it to work. See attachment. Please help.
