Are the Call Keys the same in both CUCM and MediaSense for the same call

We are planning to use a QGate connector for SageCRM to perform screen pops against incoming calls on a CUCM v9.1 while calls are being captured to a MediaSense v10.5 server.

Presuming that a Call Key (uniquely identifying the call) is generated as part of the screen pop, does the CUCM identify the call in the same way (hopefully with the same key) as the MediaSense recording the call?

If so, is this the same key as is used for the naming of URLs for recorded calls?

i.e. we concatenate something to the call key to form the URL to allow call downloads out of SageCRM.

Any help or pointers to appropriate documentation is much appreciated.

Hi James,

The call-Id is same for both MediaSense and CUCM. But we do not store it in our database. (So it is not the same as the name for recorded calls).

However, XRefci is also same for a call in CUCM and MediaSense and a recoding can be searched/used using that.
