Configuration information (such as call charge details) and processed call data associated with CAR are maintained in a separate database, not accessible via AXL or any of the other CUCM serviceability APIs. As far as I know, you can not access CAR information programmatically.

CDRondemandservice api provides access to CAR data but could not find call charge info. The reports generated on the CAR admin site provides charge/call info and was wondering whether it's made available via CDRondemandservice.
