I am working on a script to automate some of our CUCM tasks, and I need to query some information from the Serviceability API (I'm using the WSDL file from the server to help develop my scripts). I think I have the request worked out, but now I need to create a user account on the system for my script to use. What permissions need to be set up for a user account to be able to authenticate and be authorized to access data from the Serviceability SOAP API?
