Problem with SOAP request on Serviceability API

Hi all,

CUCM 9.1

I am using SoapUI to validate the requests I send but I have a problem even with SoapUI

I send a request which I think is valid but the cucm answers with the following

HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error

Looks like I was missing some mandatory elements
