In the past week, I have sent emails to your mailbox many times to help me solve the problem of not being able to subscribe to Duo Beyond. Unfortunately, it has not been resolved after a week, so I come to the community for help. When I subscribed to the Duo Beyond service, I was prompted: “This transaction was declilned. Please contact you bank or try a different card”. I tried changing multiple visa cards and still got the same prompt.
