Windows Server 2022 Core - No longer supported

How is everyone handling the fact that the new 5.0.X no longer supports Windows Server Core?  Are you just not using the most recent version and using the old outdated version?

Message from Support:

Thank you for getting back to me, the last time we tested our RDP protection on Server Core was on v4.0.0. All the versions later are not tested on Server Core, the software kind of worked till v4.3.1 but had issues with Offline Access. But for v5.0.0 it does not work because of the new passwordless feature we introduced, and this expects entire desktop environment to be present for it to work.

While this feature is not something that is currently available on latest RDP protection, we have an existing feature request with our Product team so that it can be considered during our next prioritization phase.

Feature requests are prioritized in accordance with a number of factors, such as security enhancement, bug fixes, customer demand, and alignment with our product roadmap. While an exact ETA will not be available due to these priorities changing periodically, rest assured that your feedback is important to us, and we are continually working to improve and enrich the product.

The best way to be updated on the delivery of any feature is to subscribe to our Release Notes in the Community! Here's how to do that: https://help.duo.com/s/article/8303

Thanks for your input and for helping make Duo better!

Please do let me know if you would like me to associate your email address with the feature request for product discovery purposes.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to reply to this mail.

Kind regards,

Pavan
