Hello,
I am testing duo MFA.
I have created a user account to received a call back but it does not work. In the log, I got the following error message : User has no Duo factors usable with this configuration.
It works fine for push factor.
Any help from you will be appreciated.

New Duo trial signups don’t come with voice telephony, so the phone call authentication method can’t be used. Contact the Duo account executive assisting your trial to discuss voice telephony.
If you have already been granted voice telephony access by your Duo team make sure that the effective authentication methods policy applied to your RRAS Duo application permits phone callback, and that you did not restrict the usable factors to exclude phone
in authproxy.cfg on the Duo Authentication Proxy server.
