Yes . 2 SPA-1x10GE is supported on one SIP-601(12000) series routers.

even with Cisco 12416: 10 Gbps Full-duplex throughput per slot or we have to upgrade to Cisco 12816: 40 Gbps/slot ?

and what about 7600-SIP-600 can it handel 2 SPA-1x10GE ?

Hi,

I don't think you should install two ten gig interfaces on an SIP-601 because it has only a 10GB Engine. Please have a look for further information here:

Also the SIP-600 on a 7600 should not be equipped with two 10 gig interfaces because of the limited engine: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/interfaces_modules/shared_port_adapters/install_upgrade/7600series/7600mov.html
