PPPOE 802.1X Billing

Has any one done any billing using 802.1X or PPPOE and implemented it over a switched metro network any config suggestions ???? for PPPOE over a metro network and the billing

I think 802.1x is just used for authentication, and you can combine that along with the accounting service provided by AAA for billing. You can use the 'aaa authentication dot1x' command to specify the methods for authentication and configure the usual AAA accounting commands.

It seems its not supported i even tried it giving the command and checking the radius logs you dont get anything in the radius logs
