Internet Router-No Access for Particular Sites

I hav given the Subnet 218.248.6.192/27

for my Internet Router, and 210.212.218.24/29 for POS Links, i am able to get some websites thru some ip(218.248.6.192) and other some websites from other ip,

could u help me out
