Hi,

As Leo stated you need to have reachibility to the neighbor LDP router ID for the LDP session to come up. You configured the Loopback0 interface as the router ID but you do not advertise it in ospf, hence the LDP session not coming up.

The number one condition is to have router-id available.

Do you have you both RIDs available in routing?
