hi i have a ccna and ccnp but these days where ever i go for interview i have been asked abt traffic shaping and MPLS.....plz can someone help me out....can some one plz recommand any good book so that i can learn this technology as well.....thanks in advance

There is several good books and tons of great papers on MPLS. If you want to first look at MPLS from a very academical approach, the MPLS: Technology and Applications book is an excellent start.
