Same IP Adress in different VRF

Situation: Enterprise MPLS Network. Some different VRF's are routed together over the MSFC of a 6500.

In my opinion it is no possible to have the same IP Adresses in each VRF. Is this true?

Second question.

Does anyone have experience in the situation where different VRF's are routed together over a MSFC with integrated Firewall (FWSM). Firewall configured as transparent?

Would be nice to have some inputs.

In regards to your first question. You can have the same IP addresses in each VRF. The RD (route distinguisher) configured on the VRF makes them unique when they are placed in the global routing table. You can't import them into a VRF though if they already exist within the VRF. Then you would have duplicate addresses.
