When using VRF lites, does the packets leave de Router with labels? or the VRF are just locally significant?

yes they can, assuming the vrf(s) you want to make communicate use the same vlan on both router

Hi Ricardo,
VRF-Lite does not include the Provider Edge MPLS functionality, more specifically MPLS label switching and MPLS control plane are not supported in the VRF-Lite implementation, and thus no labels.

So if I have a router that does not use vrf lite connected to a Router that use vrf lite, they can communicate?? (assuming that the correct routes are configured and so on)
