Why Interface ip removed after apply the IP VRF forwarding, while we assign same ip just after removing 
Please explain anyone the purpose of that

IP address is removed to avoid a duplicated address scenario. You will need to re configure the IP add.

But I think , that operation of removing IP address automatically and reassign them manually, these all should be done implicitly. 
Since interface is and it's corresponding IP address is occupied  by the VRF.

The reason behind this design choice is to avoid potential conflicts or ambiguities. For example, if the IP address were to be retained automatically, it could lead to unexpected behavior or conflicts when trying to reconfigure the interface in a different context. By clearing the IP address when moving an interface in and out of a VRF, the network administrator has full control over the configuration and can explicitly decide what IP address should be associated with the interface.
