CCO High CPU Usage

hello cloudcenter team,

i notices that the pid 32380 is the reason why my cco appliance has high cpu usage, how can i fix this? the cco appliance is fresh deployed from ova image, the version is vmware-cc-centos7-cco-release-4.9.0-20180409.2.ova.

This could possibly be the gateway process.


can you try the following


ps -ef | grep 32380


for e.g.

You can obtain the service name from the above. In this example it is gateway. You can look at the log files /usr/local/osmosix/logs/<service>.log to identify if there are any exceptions.
