cisco csp 2100 rest api csr template configuration

I am trying to make the csr vm on cso 2100 i have tries below script but getting this output.pfa.

pwd:abc

csr image name : vlan163_mr_ultra.iso

csr template name : csr-Api3

pfa.getting this error
