Unexpected CloudCenter issue. Please contact your system administrator.

Hi, I am installing CloudCenter 4.9.1, however when I finish the installation and try to get to the web page I got the message "Unexpected CloudCener issue. Please contact your system administrator".

 

I see in the logs of the CCM the following errors related with the connection between the CCM and the postgres DB

 

localhost:8080 connection refused

localhost:5432 connection refused

Hi Ivan,

 

Can you please ensure that the port 8080 and 5432 are open on your CCM and AMQP respectively?

Hi Deepak, 

 

I had to install the postgres in a different virtual machine and it works, the ports were open when I had the db in the same ccm virtual machine.
