Hi,

How to fix the below issue 

Cisco Identity Services Engine

Supplicant stopped responding to ISE during PEAP tunnel establishment
Verify that supplicant is configured properly to conduct a full EAP conversation with ISE. Verify that NAS is configured properly to transfer EAP messages to/from supplicant. Verify that supplicant or NAS does not have a short timeout for EAP conversation. Check the network that connects the Network Access Server to ISE. Verify that ISE local server certificate is trusted on supplicant.

Are you seeing actual network problems, with people that cant get on, or are you just looking in ise? One thing it very often is related to is the certificate validation in the client failing, and the supplicant not telling ise about it, but rather just stops talking to ise.

Hi Mushi

If you are trying to authenticate a user in external Identity " Active Directory " then try to use  UPN notation, such as jdoe@acme.com.
